Refund policy.

Short version: 14-day cooling-off if you're in the EU or UK. Otherwise we review in good faith. Credit packs are non-refundable once consumed.

EU / UK — 14-day cooling-off

If you reside in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on a new paid subscription, per EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Email us within 14 days of your first payment — we refund in full if you haven't substantially used the service.

Beyond 14 days

We review refund requests case-by-case. Typical cases we refund:

  • You were charged twice by mistake.
  • You cancelled but were billed again due to a technical issue.
  • A generation failed and we didn't auto-refund the credit.

Credit packs

One-time credit packs (50 credits for $9) are digital content delivered immediately. Once any credit from the pack is used, the pack is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

How to request

  1. Email support@opiniac.app from the address on your account, with your order ID and a short description.
  2. We review within 3 business days and, if eligible, forward the request to Polar with a recommendation to refund.
  3. Polar (Merchant of Record) issues the refund to your original payment method. Arrives in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
