Payments are handled by Polar — our Merchant of Record. You always have access to invoices, receipts, and past transactions.

Merchant of Record

Opiniac is operated by Yosuble AI LLC. All payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Polar handles invoicing, tax calculation and remittance (VAT, GST, US sales tax) in every jurisdiction we sell to.

Taxes

Prices displayed on opiniac.app are tax-exclusive. The applicable tax for your country is calculated and added at checkout. For example: $19 in the US is $19; $19 in France is ~$22.80 (20 % VAT added).

Receipts & invoices

Polar emails you a receipt immediately after every successful payment. You can re-download any past invoice from the Polar customer portal — the link is on your original receipt email.

Receipts come from Opiniac (via Polar). If you don't see it in a minute, check spam.

• Apple Pay, Google Pay (where supported)
• Link (Stripe's 1-click checkout)

Past-due & failed payments

If a renewal charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds), Polar retries several times over a week. During that window you'll see a red banner on Billing asking you to update your card. Your access continues during the retry period.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. EU/UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off right. Beyond that, we review on a case-by-case basis. Polar issues the refund to your original payment method.
